Process

To give you an idea of what to expect when ordering, below you can find a general layout of the process!

1

Initial Contact

You can contact me about working together one of three ways:

1. Email me

2. Fill out the Contact form

3. Fill out the Interest Form

(Interest Form is just slightly more detailed, but they both get to me the same way!)

If you email me, I will then send you an Interest Form to fill out to give me a better idea of your project.

2

Discussion, Onboarding, & Contract

Once we have agreed to work together I will send you an Onboarding form to fill out! This is all the information you would like on your cover.

I will also draft up a contract at this stage and send it to you via email.

3

Invoicing

Once the contract is taken care of, I will send you an invoice! Typically, 50% is due up front, and remaining 50% upon completion.

It is at this point that I will begin work! I will send you WIPs in one of two ways, of your preference:

1. Email

2. Discord

What kind of experience can I expect?

I work WITH you!

My ultimate goal is for you to have the beautiful, professional-looking book you've always dreamed of! Because of that, I enjoy working closely with you.  I check in frequently, will send you options, receive feedback, and work with you to create your perfect cover. :)

Ask your artist for the .PSD file if they are willing to give it!

This ultimately helps me in creating a cohesive cover that fits well within template!  It makes it much easier to work with and edit.

Have your book template ready!

Likely you would have given this to your cover artist already so they knew what size to work it!  If not though, now is the time! I will need it :)

NOTE: Templates are different depending on the company you are using for printing! For example, Amazon's template tends to be larger than Ingram Spark's.  Therefore, if you are wanting to print on multiple platforms, be sure to let me know so we can size your cover appropriately for each one!
